The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation considers that the bill to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine (re social function of natural resources use) requires refinement

The bill (Reg. No. 11294) stipulates amendment of articles 263, 258, and 264 of the Tax Code of Ukraine determining rates for certain taxes.

Members of the Committee expressed a number of remarks and proposals to the bill.

People’s deputies believe that the bill deserves support, but it contains a number of drawbacks that make its adoption in this version impossible.
